After acquisition of technology, and development of their own digital ecosystem; ZB needed to scale numerous specialist teams at speed, whilst successfully navigating business transformation and change.


It was pivotal to ensure collaborative alignment of stakeholders, and to correctly represent their vision to improve brand awareness. Working together we quickly understood ZB's goals, and were able to develop an overarching talent solution to support their needs.

Zimmer Biomet have designed and developed their most important digital transformation product in decades – ZBEdge. But for ZBEdge to have peak positive impact on patient lives - it must reach and impress as many hospitals and doctors across as many countries as possible.


Historically, Zimmer Biomet used different recruitment partners and processes for their separate business units, each to varying levels of success, but none had a decade of experience sourcing commercial medical & technology teams across 19+ countries, like Projectus.
