We’re proud of our training programme here at Projectus. We have 2 dedicated recruitment trainers who have a wealth of training experience from the recruitment industry. All new employees will attend a structured modular blended learning Recruitment programme which will on board you into the business. From Day 1, each consultant will have personal development plan with a clear vision of how to progress. On a daily basis you will receive 1-2-1 desk coaching as well as more formal training sessions. The training is not just led from the front, we also believe that everyone is integral in training so every week, we will have an informal knowledge sharing session. For more senior members of the Management team, we support you with a business coach model.
Career and progression at Projectus is transparent, we have a clear career framework and clear performance indicators. There is no time limit to progression, this is merit driven environment based upon competencies and targets being met. Guaranteed promotion upon targets being met.
We know that not everyone will have the same scripted career path in sales, we are all individuals after all and so you won’t necessarily be promoted into a ‘one role fits all’. For example being progressed from a Recruitment Consultant, you might move into a principal role rather than team Manager. It all depends on your career aspirations and abilities.
We offer a competitive basic salary and competitive on target earnings dependent on level of role and experience.
