Home is a human right
Shelter exists to fight for all those whose lives are affected by the loss of their home. This can be especially demoralising during holiday times.
So we put our dignity on pause, busted out our cringest dance moves and recorded a lip-synced music video along to Feed The World.
With the funds we managed to raise, we enabled 12 families to seek legal aid to keep their housing during a crisis.

Charles, Kieran, and Simon set up their JustGiving pages and raised a total of £1,500 for with the help of these magical moustaches.

Charles Kyriakou, our Urology Consultant, and Tim Lawrie, our CEO & Founder, took part in the 10km March for Men.
As a specialist in the urology market, it was great for Charles to learn about what his customers and clients were dealing with on a daily basis.

Opera work with The Prince's Trust to address youth unemployment and support 16 to 24-year-olds to find, gain and stay in work
As a people-focused employment organisation, we were delighted to swap our suits and ties for shorts and gloves and step into the ring for the first-ever Recruitment Fight Night.
The fourteen fighters for the night ranged from several different recruitment industries across the UK, from recruitment consultants, experts in their field, up to CEO level. After an intensive eight-week training program the fighters managed to raise £10k to help Opera achieve their goal of assisting 2,500 younger people into work over the next 12 months.
Esther O’Callaghan OBE, Founder and CEO of The OPERA Global Youth Foundation, said, “With the support of the recruitment industry, we can collectively achieve so much and create truly life-changing opportunities.”
