This exciting new role provides senior administrative support to three senior leaders and will be required to gain a thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures, and will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This includes interaction with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role is responsible for extensive calendaring, on-site and off-site meeting planning, travel arrangements and other core administrative tasks. Specifically:
4+ years advanced administrative support working with senior level executives.
Important skills to have:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
