Job Description of the Field Service PACS Engineer:

We are looking for a PACS engineer to come and join our expanding and well established company which is one of the leading UK distributing companies. The role involves performing the routine preventative maintenance visits on the systems and to attend and rectify any breakdowns as and when they occur. In addition the engineer will be required to perform some repair work within our workshop. Most importantly engineers are representatives of the company and as such are expected to convey and demonstrate the company's views and philosophy to the customer at all times.

Candidate Must Have's for the Field Service PACS Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven practical experience - ideally with servicing medical PACS equipment
  • Ideally based in London and home counties
  • Design Engineering Qualifications (HNC Minimum)
  • Excellent organisational and design skills.

Candidate Nice to have for the Field Service PACS Engineer:

  • Be able to promote internally
  • Knowledge of Quality standards
  • Able to write procedures
  • AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
