To work with the Global Marketing Manager and lead the Marketing Communications for a leading surgical medical device company for both the UK and International Business. The role will require the individual to help build and implement a Marketing Communications Plan for this company and ensure execution is measured.
Working with a multitude of stakeholders both internally and externally ensuring all communications are aligned to Branding Guidelines for both the maintenance and development of Marketing Collateral, in doing so maximizing the effective use of digital platforms.
To achieve these objectives, the individual is to connect and work closely with members of the UK & International teams, as well as lead internal & external communications to stakeholders.
Focus is to be given on the development and implementation of specific marketing tactics and tools, such as branding, promotional materials, exhibitions, web based tools, CRM system, service and loyalty schemes, whilst ensuring alignment with the sales process.
