Head of Clinic Network (m/f)

Role summary

As Head of Clinic Network (m/f) you will be responsible for offering cutting-edge digital solutions to cancer care providers across Europe enabling enhanced clinical outcomes, healthcare resource utilisation, as well as real-world evidence (RWE) generation. You will foster long-term research relationships with leading cancer clinics to establish a pan-European clinic partner network. You are based in the European Commercial office in Germany.



  • Develop clinic data network business model with clinics spanning both prospective & retrospective Pharma-focused research approaches
  • Convincing leading cancer centers across Europe of value proposition (Value in care, publications, funding, data access) to become long-term research partners 
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clinical and administrative leadership


  • Develop real-world evidence data product offering for life sciences companies
  • Lead the design of the legal and data privacy framework for the clinic partner model


  • Build capabilities for data aggregation & analytics at clinic and internal level  
  • Grow and lead team to support research network
  • Develop new business with existing cancer centers by discovering and defining new projects


Person Requirements:

Academic background

  • Master's degree from a relevant field (e.g. Business administration, Health management)

Work experience

  • Background in commercial function focused on healthcare providers (hospitals), preferably related to data/software/digital solutions
  • Experience in contracting with healthcare providers, including IT, legal and data privacy reviews – preferably existing network of providers in oncology
  • Experience with real-world evidence generation models
  • Experience in account and project management with healthcare providers
  • Experience in successfully building up a team or department in a growing company

Personal traits

  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Street smart personality with ability to make things happen
  • Solid understanding on technology and passion to learn more


  • Ability to travel in Europe
  • Language skills: professional fluency in English and in either German, Spanish or French
  • IT skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
