Job description

UK contracts manager will be responsible for Tender & Pricing works cross-functionally to realize UK's commercial and corporate goals. Specifically, the team is responsible for a portfolio of activities that include Pricing, Tenders, Quotes, Sales Contracts and support deriving from needs associated to tenders and quotes from an administrative point of view. This is a field based role that will allow the successful candidate to work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

Full accountability in managing the preparation
and submission of Tender documentation, instilling a proactive approach to new
submissions through strong collaborative communication with the Sales Force.
Full accountability in managing the preparation of contracts resulting from the business won from the submission of Tenders
Respond to on-going internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricing
Manage the special pricing deals set up for Trusts
Perform associated Management Reporting
Further define and improve upon the existing
Tender and contracting processes to increase process efficiencies and output effectiveness.

Duties to include:-

This will include liaising with Sales and internal departments to gather the required information along with providing any supporting documentation that may be required.

IT literate: Word, Outlook and Excel
2+ years of related work experience in Tender / Key Accounts / Business Services.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Super user in Word and Excel.

Salary £25k - £35k

Field based.
