AREA MANAGER SOUTHERN ITALY

Ideal profile:

- degree in science or equivalent culture;

-Proven experience in the role of at least three years, gained in companies structured and organized in a modern, active in the provision of specialized medical devices.

-Developed commercial attitude with a strong propensity to the development of the business conducted working to targets and times;

-Knowledge of the market, with consolidated and active system of industrial relations in public and private health facilities;

- IDEALLY IN THE FIELD OF CARDIOVASCULAR, NEUROLOGY, UROLOGY, CHIR. GENERAL

-Ability to coordinate a team and direct the activities of the network of agents and distributors; communication skills;

-Leadership, empathy, ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships, constructive and effective; organizational capability and flexibility;

- Equipped with strong spirit of initiative, determination, motivation and proactivity; precise, neat and organized;

-Resident at Rome or Naples, with daily operations in central and southern; total availability to travel and trips on the assigned area and in Italy and abroad to participate in conferences and fairs;

Tasks to be performed: 1. Development of business in the areas assigned with accurate analysis of the territory and development opportunities; Development of the customer portfolio, by proposing new solutions tailored to customer needs; manage the commercial prospects and the relationship with customers through effective periodic reports and the definition of targeted offers; 2. Negotiation 3. Maintaining the continuity of the relationship with customers, through a high level of service focused on the relationship; constant monitoring of their activity, and periodic reporting of results and planned initiatives; 4. Coordination of the activities of dedicated Product Specialist Assigned Area; 5.
