Job Description for the Account Executive:

The primary responsibility for the Account Executive will be expanding the DACH territory with a strong focus on the big mid-sized and enterprise companies.

Duties & Responsibilities for the Account Executive includes: 

  • Position, negotiate, and close new business in the DACH territory and expansion of opportunities with existing clients
  • Refine and evolve the “land-and-expand” model in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to uncover technical challenges and opportunities
  • Day to day tasks (anything unusual or fun…what duties make this role stand out?)……

Experience and Skills Required for the Account Executive:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling complex technical software
  • Experience with a "land-and-expand” sales model
  • Consultative Sales approach
  • College degree (BA/BS)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German and Fluent English required
