Working alongside and shadowing an inspirational VP Sales, you will be fed regular opportunities through an already established and high-performing inbound/outbound SDR team.
Following a very recent Acquisition, Marketing spend has also been doubled to ensure you are set up for success in this Senior Account Executive career opportunity.
You will be bringing world-class Employee Engagement Platforms to the USA market, across Mid-Market & Mid-Enterprise customers.
With average deal sizes ranging from $50k- $100k +, and over 100 opportunities fed to you per month, the size and scope of your learning, development and success is enormous!
Using your natural curiosity, ability to ask questions, uncover pain and establish value; you will quickly grow new customers across the USA. This will allow you to take over Leadership opportunities in the next 18- 24 months as the business continues to grow headcount and quadruple size in the next 4 years.

Who are you?
- A Sales Closer, who has consistently achieved $700k-1m sales annually in SaaS
- With at least 3-5 years delivering this success into Mid-Market and or Mid-Enterprise customers
- Excellent Sales Process, using methodology such as SPIN & MEDDIC
- You are highly driven and have high levels of curiosity
- You are coachable, want to improve and so have a growth mindset
