How would you feel about being responsible for managing/leading the writing RFP/RFI responses, unsolicited proposals, and other RFx-related material for simple and average projects in multiple solution areas?
How would you feel about working in a global leader in medical imaging and software solutions?
Do you have the following:
- Three to Five years of experience in a writing, editing, or project management capacity (with writing skills) required.
- Proposal writing/management experience preferred
- Healthcare-related experience is a plus, specifically Medical Imaging
- APMP Certification would be an advantage
- Experience in UK procurement processes would be an advantage.

- Use documented processes to manage all aspects of proposal process; manage and lead up to three proposals at a time, including our most complex proposals.
- Lead end-to-end RFx response process including creation of RFP summaries, scheduling and hosting status calls and writing executive summaries, creating drafts, and managing draft reviews.
- Collect attachments, signatures, etc. if needed.
- Manage final compliance checks, including print production requirements.
