Overview: We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a studied, experienced Service or Support Engineer with 5+ years of service technician experience in medical technology.

We are looking for a Global Support Specialist. We are looking for a focused, dynamic engineer with a strong technical background in the medical imaging industry to join the team who is eager to improve the service organization and ensure the clients’ expectations are at the least met and wherever possible exceeded.
As a Global Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Escalated application or technical issues that can't be solved by the Service Team will be analyzed
- Reporting and documentation of the issues
- Creation of training material
- Conduct training to service teams
- Planning operations
Knowledge and skills required for the Field Service Engineer:
- Degree in technical area
- more than 5 years experience in a technical service or support function
- Experienced in installation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience with X-Ray of advantage
- Enjoying working on technical-mechanical devices outside of work
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Very good English and German language skills
