Within this role, you will identify active and passive talent, network with candidates and provide a talent pipeline for our clients from startup through to bluechip across the globe.
We are open to experience, as we provide training, however, we would like to see the following:
- If you have worked in a customer service or customer-focused position
- Ideally has worked in a position before that involves speaking with customers directly on the phone
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport and influence people
- This is a role that will require excellent organisational skills
- Ambitious and pride in your work
