Rebecca Cooper is the Talent & Engagement Director at Projectus Consulting where she is responsible for Talent, HR, Marketing, and Learning & Development. She is on a mission to work smarter, utilising technology to streamline processes and removing the mundane. She is on a mission to create true work-life balance and believes that you can have a career and life outside of work.
Prior to taking on her role at Projectus Consulting, Rebecca gained extensive experience in the world of recruitment working for UK wide recruiters, such as Martin Ward Anderson, HRGO Recruitment, and global staffing consultancy Randstad and Robert Half International. Rebecca has used her knowledge gained from these great businesses and has applied it to working with start-up agencies, helping them to improve processes, systems, staff development and build strong and successful teams.
Rebecca believes in creating truly diverse and inclusive work environments, with a strong belief that everyone should be given the opportunity to excel in their career.
Driven by helping people discover their strengths, she actively champions individuals as they progress in their career. Outside of work, Rebecca is a mum of two girls and CEO of her house.
