Jacqueline started her career as the Analytics Recruiter at McKinsey and Company in Boston before moving on to complete her Master’s Degree in International HR Management at the Université Panthéon Assas in Paris. After extensive experience working in Talent Development and Talent Management both in Germany and France, Jacqueline followed her passion which led her back to her recruiting roots.
As a German native, who additionally speaks French, Spanish and English, Jacqueline is driven by her motivation to help businesses achieve their growth goals, with a particular focus on the DACH region.

Having earned two Bachelor degrees in International Business and International Management from the European School of Business in Reutlingen and Northeastern University in Boston, Jacqueline uses her business expertise to understand her clients’ needs and is able to fill vacancies with speed and the utmost attention to detail. Jacqueline achieved the Dean’s list for outstanding educational achievements throughout her time at Northeastern University. She was additionally awarded with the Philipp Waibel Award for Particular Social Engagement.
Jacqueline loves her job in recruiting as it enables her to make a real difference in the lives of people and helps them find happiness by linking candidates to incredible new opportunities for their career development. Having written her Masters dissertation on diversity & inclusion and her Bachelors dissertation on employee motivation, Jacqueline is convinced that hiring the right people into positions that help them fulfill their full potential and simultaneously help the company move forward is the key to overall business growth.

Being a young cosmopolitan with a strong interest in new innovations and technologies, Jacqueline values the regular exchange with key opinion leaders in the MedTech industry from all over the world. She loves this global outlook on life and tries to combine this passion in her free time by travelling and experiencing different cultures as much as possible.
When not discovering different places and countries, Jacqueline loves to try out various new recipes in the kitchen and is not shy to experiment with different spices and ingredients. Additionally, Jacqueline loves all kinds of outdoor experiences, which vary from hiking, mountain climbing and diving in the summer to downhill skiing and snowboarding in winter times.
Originally from Ludwigsburg, a town in South-West Germany with one of the biggest Baroque palaces in Europe, Jacqueline grew up with a major interest for European history and used to work as a local historical tour guide in her past. Jacqueline currently lives in London, where she loves to explore the beautiful parks and incredible museums the city has to offer.
