Project Diversity
Welcome to Our D&I Vision
After hearing countless stories of women, less-abled, LGBTQ and ethnic minority staff feeling excluded from entry, progression and leadership within Medtech, we decided to create a platform to champion those voices.
We believe in a universal system that allows healthcare professionals across the globe to progress fully in their careers unhindered by discrimination and reach their potential through providing opportunities, strengthening the pipeline between hospital and industry and instigating change.
Seeing that companies were working individually towards this goal, we decided to create a collaborative space for companies to work together to build this system, ‘Together Through Difference’.
We know that market relevance, creativity and diversity are crucial to foster continual growth, stand out and thrive amidst the oncoming global economic recession.
Now more than ever, we are promoting a forum in which the medical device community can come together to support and uplift each other at all levels of business.
We fight to change lives everyday, but not every voice who can make a difference is currently nurtured or heard.
