Candidate Must Have's

  • Shadowing
  • Experience selling trauma Implants to Consultants, Orthopaedic surgeons, Theatre Managers etc.
  • Proven sales track record
  • History of high achievement
  • Hungry, driven by new business, competitive inside and out of work
  • Keen to be a great success/top performer in and team
  • Be able to demonstrate over achievement of targets
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • A good understand of why they want to work in Trauma sales

Candidate Nice to Have's
