Our unique training Academy is designed and delivered by our internal dedicated recruitment industry expert trainers. The training is very interactive, ranging from theory based classroom style, leading discussions, group exercises and utilises game based training, an alternative to the standard classroom learning platform to enhance your learning experience.
The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Graduate of a 2:1 (any discipline ideally Sports Science, Business, Medical, Nursing or Psychology)
- Target/Goal Driven
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pick up technical information quickly
- Strong resilience & ability to learn
- Ability to negotiate
- Flair for building relationships
- Business acumen
- IT Literate
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
