Title: Office/Business Administrator

Role: Temporary, 3 month contract then rolling - opportunity for temp to perm

Start date: ASAP

Location: Reading company office

A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team as an office administrator, this role will be an initial 3 month contract and will be rolling from that point. There is also the opportunity for this role to become permanent if desired.

Minimum Requirements

  • SAP Experience is essential
  • Experience in Administration.
  • Chasing payments and office banking.

Important skills to have:

  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience and capability to learn additional technology.
  • Experience handling working with medical device equipment.
  • Project coordination.
  • Marketing experience
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Exercising judgment within generally defined practices and policies.
