Account Manager North West England and West of Scotland

Information About this Role

 Increase sales revenue in line with national and territory targets
 Increase market share consistent with the objectives
 Develop specific sales tactics and strategies to achieve objectives
 Networking at a high level with all Healthcare professionals
 To update as required the company CRM System, in line with company requirements
 Analyse sales data and update business plan, account and territory objectives accordingly
 To be proactive in problem solving and decision making
 To manage own territory as required, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the
business to ensure that objectives are achieved
 To ensure budget responsibility and costs are maintained as required by the company
 Provide the company with feedback (client , competitor and market competition)
 Process requisitions for sponsorship, study days and meetings
 To adhere to all company policies and procedures and adapt to change in company
requirements as appropriate and as per Staff handbook

Customer Accounts
 Responsible for the delivery of value added services to target existing and new accounts
 Facilitate customer training in product usage techniques
 Active participation in conferences ,exhibitions and study days as required
 Develop productive working relationships with all Hospital and Primary care Healthcare
professionals as required
 Adhere to company commercial policy on pricing/discounts
 Maintain/preserve profit margins
 To prepare customer quotations and convert to sale
 Service to include problem solving, assisting customers , prioritisation, opportunities and
ensuring complete satisfaction
 Liaison with breastfeeding team in selected accounts where the relationship will benefit the
total business

Training and development
 Keeping up to date with latest clinical data and research
 Responsibility to attend training on products as required
 Identify personal development requirement
 Implement education and training to external customers as required

enhance and increase overall business efficiency
